Furtado Farms Pizza Blend Cookwood Logs are perfect for wood fired pizza ovens, wood ovens and Santa Maria type live fire grills
Pizza Blend Logs contains the highest BTU output, as well as the longest burn time. This means you get to your cooking temperature faster and stay there longer, all while using less wood.
Full sized logs are 12″ and Half Logs are 6″ in length
